About nanodorama

nanodorama is a vertical microdrama platform: fiction series where each episode runs about a minute and is made to be watched standing up, on a phone, in portrait.

The format

The microdrama came out of how people actually consume story on a phone — in short pieces, one after another, with no waiting. A season runs 50 to 90 episodes. Each one ends on a hook. The whole series takes a little over an hour.

Nothing here is adapted from a horizontal format: the framing is 9:16 by origin, and the interface follows the same ratio — from the poster to the player.

Four languages, properly

The entire catalogue is subtitled in Portuguese, English, Korean and Simplified Chinese, and the interface exists in all four. You switch subtitle language without interrupting the episode, and the choice carries to everything you watch afterwards.

Subtitles are text files kept separate from the video — they are not burned into the picture. That keeps a single copy of each episode, makes switching instant, and lets a translation be corrected without re-encoding anything.

How access works

• The first episodes of each series are free, with no sign-up. Your progress is saved from the first second.
• After those, each episode is unlocked with coins, which you buy or earn at the daily check-in.
• An episode you unlock stays unlocked, permanently.
• Heavy viewers can subscribe to VIP and open the catalogue while the subscription is active — without losing unlocks already made.
